Success Story – Reggie Aggressive Bulldog

Thank you again for everything. Naomi is so happy to have Rosie and Reggie both home.

We contacted Pam out of desperation. (Pam here..their bulldog Reggie attacked the groomers sprayer, destroying the sprayer and setting in motion their fear of him being aggressive)We knew our dog would benefit from some formal training, but when we did contact Pam, it was the last shred of hope. Reggie, our 4 year old English bulldog, was having random spurts of aggression towards us. The older our daughter got, the more these outbursts occurred. We couldn’t identify the triggers nor did we know how to control them.

We love Reggie so much and didn’t want to lose him but also needed to protect our daughter at the same time. We dropped Reggie off for Pam’s Board and Train program at Circle Top Farm on May 2, 2015. I was reluctant about the program at first…I really didn’t think Reggie’s issues could become controlled. However, this was the best decision we have made. It was a long process, but Reggie became manageable. (I love that Nikki and Scott understood Reggie always has the potential to become overstimulated, an

We visited Reggie when we could and to see the connection Pam had with him was remarkable. He had so much respect for her and you could tell he was working hard to satisfy her. The first time we watched Pam walk Reggie on a leash was very surprising. We hadn’t been able to walk Reggie on a leash for years!

Reggie not only became manageable from Pam’s training, but we learned how to take control of the situation as well. We now know what to watch for and how to keep Reggie calm when he may face one of his triggers. And when they do happen, we know how to handle it without anyone getting hurt!

Pam’s techniques are very consistent and easy to learn if you’re willing. I think Reggie was completely out of control and Pam changed his life. She saved his life. We now have Reggie home with a toddler who loves him dearly and is able to play with him.

Pam is very good at what she does. She would fix an issue and be able to tell us why it was an issue and how to prevent it. We still rely on Pam as a resource for Reggie. He has become a member of our household again and we couldn’t be happier.
